Rob Blair
Born and raised in San Diego, Rob has been a part of the local wine scene for over 20 years working stints at several different establishments including Holiday Wine Cellar, We Olive La Jolla, and, most recently, Village Vino. Rob and Amanda met during their time working together at We Olive and have recently decided to join several other long-term industry friends in opening a new, local concept called Serafino which will be debuting later this year. In the meantime, they are launching The Word of Mouth Wine Club as a showcasing of their taste in wine and a sneak preview of what’s to come at Serafino.
Amanda Sarich
You can take the lady out of the vineyard, but you can’t take the vineyard out of the lady. Born in San Diego, Amanda fell in love with the world of wine while studying in Northen California and working at Bernardus Winery in Carmel Valley. She returned to San Diego to manage We Olive La Jolla, eventually opening their Los Gatos location and becoming their Corporate Wine Director.
